What to expect :
* Ready full single bedroom (bed+wardrop+desk)
* Kitchen with all the necessary tools
* Strict hygiene rules (no smoking inside the house, cleaning dates are scheduled etc..)
* Shared space (kitchen + dining table + bathroom)
